Tour Overview
Our private Sharm El Sheikh airport transfer gets your Red Sea holiday off to a calm start. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps with your luggage and drives you directly to your hotel or resort in an air-conditioned car, van or minibus, with no waiting for other passengers and no haggling with taxi drivers.
The airport sits between the main resort areas, so journeys are short: about 15 minutes to Sharks Bay and Nabq Bay hotels near the airport, 20 to 25 minutes to Naama Bay and around 30 minutes to Hadaba and the Old Market area. Return transfers to the airport are available too.

How It Works
Before you travel
Book with your flight number, arrival time, hotel name and the number of passengers and suitcases. We confirm your driver’s name and WhatsApp number before you fly, and we track your flight, so a delay does not cost you extra.
Meet your driver
After passport control and collecting your bags, head to the arrivals hall, where your driver is waiting with a sign showing your name. If you need a visa on arrival, buy it at the bank counters before passport control.
Drive to your resort
Your driver loads your luggage and takes you straight to your hotel. For your departure, we collect you from your hotel lobby about three hours before an international flight.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and your driver adjusts the pickup time automatically, with no charge for waiting. If your flight is cancelled or changed, send us the new flight number and arrival time and we will rearrange the transfer.
Do you cover all resort areas?
Yes. The price covers hotels in Sharks Bay, Nabq Bay, Naama Bay, Om El Seid, Hadaba and the Old Market area. Hotels farther out, or transfers to Dahab or St Catherine, are quoted separately; just ask.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. Book both directions together and we will confirm your departure pickup time based on your flight. A return transfer costs double the one-way price shown, per vehicle, and we reconfirm the pickup time with you the day before you fly.
