Payment Policy

This page explains how booking and payment work with Unlock Egypt Tours. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp +20 128 814 0155 or email info@unlockegypttours.com before you pay.

Currency

All prices on our website are in US dollars (USD). Prices are per person unless the tour says otherwise; the lowest “from” price normally applies to the largest group size shown in the tour’s price table. Airport transfers are priced per vehicle.

Booking request and confirmation

• Booking online sends us a booking request. There is nothing to pay at this stage, and the booking is not yet a confirmed reservation.
• We confirm in writing. We check availability and reply by email or WhatsApp with what is included, the total price and how and when to pay. Your booking is confirmed only once you have this written confirmation (and, for packages, once any deposit has been received).

When and how you pay

• Day tours and airport transfers: no deposit. You pay on the day.
• Packages that include hotels, domestic flights or a Nile cruise: we ask for a deposit by bank transfer before we reserve those services. The deposit amount is stated in your written confirmation. The balance is paid when you arrive in Egypt.
• Our bank details are sent with your written confirmation. Only pay to the details we send you directly.

Online card payment is not available on the website at the moment.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Terms & Conditions. Some services, such as hotels, cruises and domestic flights, may have their own cancellation conditions, which we will tell you before you book.
