Yes, subject to availability. Some hotels, cruises and airlines charge for changes, so tell us as early as you can and we will confirm any cost before changing anything.
Most visitors need a tourist visa. Many nationalities can apply online (e-Visa) before travel or buy one on arrival. Rules depend on your passport, so check with your local Egyptian embassy or the official e-Visa portal before you fly.
No. Travel insurance is not included in our tours. We strongly recommend buying insurance that covers medical treatment, cancellation and personal belongings before you travel.
Not for day tours or airport transfers: you pay on the day. For packages that include hotels, domestic flights or a Nile cruise we ask for a deposit by bank transfer before we reserve them, and the balance is paid on arrival. Sending a booking online costs nothing and is a request until we confirm it in writing. See our Payment Policy.
Prices are in US dollars. Day tours and transfers are paid on the day. Package deposits are paid by bank transfer; we send our bank details with your written confirmation. Online card payment is not available at the moment.
Our private tours include transport in an air-conditioned vehicle, as listed on each tour page. International flights are never included. Domestic flights are included only where a package says so.
It depends on the tour. Each tour page lists exactly which meals are included and which are not. Nile cruises include the meals on board as stated in the itinerary.
Standard rooms usually take two adults. Triple and family rooms are available at some hotels on request – tell us your group and we will suggest the best option.
