Tour Overview
Our private Alexandria airport transfer meets you at Borg El Arab International Airport, about 45 km south-west of the city, and takes you straight to your hotel. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, helps with your luggage and drives you in an air-conditioned car, van or minibus, which is far easier than finding a taxi at this out-of-town airport.
Allow about 45 to 60 minutes to downtown and Corniche hotels, and up to 75 minutes to Montazah and the eastern districts, depending on traffic. Return transfers to the airport are available, and we can also arrange onward transfers to Cairo, El Alamein or the North Coast resorts at a separate price.

How It Works
Before you travel
Book with your flight number, arrival time, hotel name and the number of passengers and suitcases. We confirm your driver’s name and WhatsApp number before you fly, and we track your flight, so a delay does not cost you extra.
Meet your driver
After passport control and baggage collection, walk into the arrivals hall at Borg El Arab, where your driver is waiting with your name sign. If you cannot see them, call or message the number in your confirmation.
Drive to your hotel
Your driver takes you directly to your hotel along the desert road and the Corniche, with bottled water in the car. For departures, we collect you from your hotel in good time for your flight.
