Tour Overview
Our private Hurghada airport transfer gets you from the plane to your pool with as little fuss as possible. Your driver waits at the arrivals exit with your name sign, helps with your luggage and drives you in an air-conditioned car, van or minibus straight to your hotel, with no stops at other resorts and no bargaining with taxi drivers.
Hurghada city hotels in Sakkala, Dahar and along the Village Road are usually 15 to 25 minutes away. Sahl Hasheesh is about 30 minutes, El Gouna about 40 minutes and Makadi Bay about 45 minutes, and these farther resorts carry a small supplement. Return transfers to the airport are available.

How It Works
Before you travel
Book with your flight number, arrival time, hotel name and the number of passengers and suitcases. We confirm your driver’s name and WhatsApp number before you fly, and we track your flight, so a delay does not cost you extra.
Meet your driver
After passport control, visa purchase if needed, and baggage collection, walk out of the terminal, where drivers wait just outside the arrivals doors. Look for your name on the sign, or call or message the number in your confirmation.
Drive to your hotel
Your driver helps with your bags and drives you directly to your hotel or resort. For your departure, we collect you from your hotel about three hours before an international flight.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is El Gouna or Makadi Bay included?
The prices shown cover hotels in Hurghada city. Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, Makadi Bay and Soma Bay are farther away and carry a small supplement per vehicle, which we confirm when you book. Safaga and Marsa Alam are quoted separately.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and your driver adjusts the pickup time automatically, with no charge for waiting. If your flight is changed or cancelled, send us the new details and we will rearrange the transfer.
Can you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats and boosters can be arranged if you request them when booking. Please tell us each child’s age so the driver brings the right seat, and let us know about pushchairs or extra luggage too.
