Allow about 30 to 45 minutes to downtown, Zamalek and the Nile Corniche, and 60 to 90 minutes to hotels near the Giza Pyramids, depending on traffic. The same service works in reverse for your departure: we collect you from your hotel in good time for your flight.

How It Works
Before you travel
Book with your flight number, arrival time, hotel name and the number of passengers and suitcases. We confirm your driver’s name and WhatsApp number before you fly, and we track your flight, so a delay does not cost you extra.
Meet your driver
After passport control, customs and baggage collection, walk out into the arrivals hall, where your driver is waiting with a sign bearing your name. If you cannot see them, call or message the number in your confirmation and they will come to you.
Drive to your hotel
Your driver helps with your luggage and takes you directly to your hotel in Cairo or Giza, with bottled water in the car. There are no stops for other passengers. Return transfers to the airport are arranged in the same way.

What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight, so your driver adjusts the pickup time automatically and waits at no extra cost. If you miss a connection or change flights, message us with the new details as soon as you can and we will rearrange the pickup.
How long does it take to get to Giza?
Usually 60 to 90 minutes from Cairo International Airport to hotels near the Pyramids, and 30 to 45 minutes to central Cairo. Rush hour on weekday mornings and evenings can add time, so allow a margin when you book a departure transfer.
Can you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats and booster seats can be arranged free of charge if you request them when booking. Please tell us the age of each child so the driver brings the right seat.
