A tailor-made Egypt tour lets you decide where you go, how long you stay and how busy each day feels. Tell us your dates, who is travelling and what you most want to see, and our Cairo-based team will build a private itinerary around you, whether that is a short city break, a classic pyramids and Nile trip or a slower journey with time for the desert or the sea.
Every plan uses your own licensed Egyptologist guide on sightseeing days, a private air-conditioned vehicle and hotels at the level you choose. We are honest about travel times, opening days and what can and cannot be guaranteed, such as balloon flights or sea conditions, so the plan works in real life. You can change the draft as many times as you like before you book.
Popular building blocks include the Giza pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, Islamic and Coptic Cairo, a Nile cruise between Luxor and Aswan, Abu Simbel, Alexandria, the White Desert and a few days on the Red Sea. Itinerary
Step 1 – Send us your ideas
Use the enquiry form or message us with your travel dates (or month), the number of adults and children, the places or experiences you have in mind and the hotel level you prefer. A rough budget per person helps us suggest the right mix. If you have no plan yet, simply tell us what kind of trip you enjoy.
Step 2 – Receive your free itinerary and quote
Usually within a day we send a day-by-day plan with timings, the hotels or cruise category we suggest, what is included and a clear price per person. There is no obligation and no charge for the quote. We also flag anything weather-dependent or seasonal, such as balloon flights in Luxor or winter evenings in the desert.
Step 3 – Adjust until it fits
Swap sites, add a rest day, upgrade a hotel or shorten a long drive. We revise the plan and price as often as you need until it feels right. Our team answers by email or WhatsApp, so you speak to the people who will actually arrange your trip rather than a call centre.
Step 4 – Confirm with a deposit
When you are happy, a deposit by bank transfer secures hotels, cruise cabins, flights and guides. The balance is paid on arrival in Egypt. You receive a final itinerary with pickup times, contact numbers and practical tips on visas, clothing and tipping, so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 5 – Travel with local support
Your guides and drivers meet you as planned, and our office stays in touch throughout the trip. If you want to change something on the way, such as adding an evening show or a free afternoon, tell your guide or message us and we will arrange it where availability allows.
Good to know: Quotes are free and without obligation. Prices depend on dates, group size and hotel level; prices over Christmas, New Year and Easter can be higher, and your quote always shows the exact price.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose the destinations and hotels?
Yes. You can combine any cities and experiences in Egypt and pick the hotel level for each stop. We will tell you honestly if a route is too rushed, for example trying to see Abu Simbel and Luxor on the same day, and suggest a more comfortable alternative.
How quickly will I receive my itinerary and price?
Usually within a day of your enquiry, a little longer at very busy times. The quote is free and there is no obligation to book. If you need a quick answer for a short layover or a last-minute trip, mention it and we will reply as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum length for a custom trip?
No. We arrange single private day tours as well as trips of two or three weeks. Many travellers start with a few days in Cairo and Giza and add a Nile cruise or a beach stay once they see how the days fit together.
Can I change the plan after booking?
Yes. Contact us as early as possible and we will adjust dates, activities or hotels where availability and hotel or cruise rules allow, and update the price accordingly. Smaller changes, such as swapping a museum or adding an evening activity, can often be made during the trip itself.
How do I pay?
Nothing is paid for the quote. Once we confirm your trip in writing, a deposit by bank transfer secures your bookings and the balance is paid on arrival in Egypt. Single day tours and transfers are paid on the day. See our payment policy for details. Your quote shows clearly what is included and what is not, so there are no surprises when you travel.
