Our private Luxor airport transfer takes you straight from the terminal to your hotel or Nile cruise ship. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps with your bags and drives you in an air-conditioned car, van or minibus, so there is no need to bargain with taxi drivers outside the terminal.
Luxor airport is close to town: about 20 minutes to East Bank hotels and the cruise berths along the Corniche, and 35 to 45 minutes to West Bank hotels near the Valley of the Kings, crossing the Nile by the bridge south of the city. Return transfers are available.

How It Works
Before you travel
Book with your flight number, arrival time, hotel name and the number of passengers and suitcases. We confirm your driver’s name and WhatsApp number before you fly, and we track your flight, so a delay does not cost you extra.
Meet your driver
After passport control and baggage collection, walk into the arrivals hall, where your driver is waiting with a sign bearing your name. If you are joining a cruise, give us the ship’s name so we can confirm its berth that day.
Drive to your hotel or ship
Your driver takes you directly to your hotel or to the gangway of your cruise ship. Ships often moor side by side, so the driver checks with the crew and helps carry luggage through to your boat.

Do you transfer to Nile cruise ships?
Yes. Send us the name of your ship and the date, and we confirm where it is moored. Cruise ships in Luxor often moor several abreast, so you may walk through the lobbies of other boats; your driver helps with luggage.
How long does it take to the West Bank?
About 35 to 45 minutes, because the road crosses the Nile by the bridge south of Luxor. East Bank hotels and cruise berths are usually about 20 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and your driver adjusts the pickup time automatically, with no charge for waiting. If your flight is changed or cancelled, message us with the new details and we will rearrange the transfer.
