Our private Aswan airport transfer connects your flight with your hotel or Nile cruise ship. Aswan International Airport lies about 25 km south-west of the city, across the High Dam area, so a pre-booked driver saves you hunting for a taxi. Your driver waits in arrivals with your name sign, helps with your bags and drives you in an air-conditioned car, van or minibus.
Allow about 25 to 30 minutes to the Corniche hotels and cruise berths in town. Hotels on Elephantine Island and some Nubian guesthouses on the West Bank are reached by a short boat crossing, which we can arrange on request. Return transfers to the airport are available.

How It Works
Before you travel
Book with your flight number, arrival time, hotel name and the number of passengers and suitcases. We confirm your driver’s name and WhatsApp number before you fly, and we track your flight, so a delay does not cost you extra.
Meet your driver
After baggage collection, walk into the small arrivals hall, where your driver is waiting with your name sign. If you are joining a cruise, give us the ship’s name so we can confirm its mooring that day.
Drive to your hotel or ship
Your driver takes you over the dam road to your hotel or to your cruise ship’s gangway, and helps with luggage. For island hotels, the driver takes you to the hotel’s landing stage for the boat across.

Do you transfer to Nile cruise ships?
Yes. Tell us your ship’s name and the date, and we confirm its berth. Ships in Aswan often moor side by side, so you may walk through another boat’s lobby to reach yours; your driver helps with the luggage.
How far is the airport from Aswan?
About 25 km. The drive takes around 25 to 30 minutes to the Corniche and cruise berths. Hotels on Elephantine Island or the West Bank need a short boat crossing, which can be added on request.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and the driver adjusts the pickup time automatically, at no extra cost. If your flight changes, message us with the new details and we will rearrange the transfer, including for late-night Abu Simbel connections.
